Refund Policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

Mojave Capital LLC, trading as eFlightLog, is the seller of every contribution made through this app. eFlightLog is free to use and contributions are voluntary — if you made one and changed your mind, you can get your money back, no explanation needed.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every one-time contribution, whatever the amount.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one:

  • visit paddle.net and follow the refund instructions for your order, or
  • write to the seller at steve@mocapllc.com with the date and amount of your contribution and the email address on the order.

How and when you get paid back

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Paddle typically completes it within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show it. Where a refund is issued after tax has been charged, the tax is refunded along with the contribution.

What happens to your access

Nothing. Being refunded does not remove any feature or any flight record — the logbook is available to you whether or not you contribute.
